Terms of Service

Shotly uses automated AI agents to generate App Store and Google Play marketing screenshots from the app content and details you provide. Output is generated automatically and may vary in quality; you are responsible for reviewing assets before publishing them.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your login secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (screenshots, descriptions, brand assets) and of the screenshots Shotly generates for you. You are free to use, modify, and publish your generated assets, including for commercial purposes.

You grant Shotly a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and produce your assets (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy). You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes intellectual property.
• Create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful material.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or bypass the Service or its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

• Pay as you go is a one-time purchase that grants credit for a single screenshot set. Pro is a monthly subscription granting a set number of generations per billing period, which do not roll over unless stated.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.

Because assets are generated on demand and incur real processing costs, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong on our side (for example, a failed generation you were charged for), contact us at gabriel.mayersb@gmail.com and we will make it right, which may include restoring credits or issuing a refund at our discretion.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for ensuring your published screenshots comply with the App Store, Google Play, and other applicable guidelines and laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Shotly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
